What's a festival without
a parade? No other icon symbolizes "Small Town America" better than
a local parade. Witness a parade marching down the same route as residents who lived in our community
50, 75,100 years ago! The parade route starts at at Franklin Middle School
and ends at Hannah More. |

We encourage, invite, cajole, dare and
"double dog dare" all local organizations and
businesses to participate in the Festival parade. Have fun creating a
float with your co-workers, neighbors and family.
