Star-Spangled Banner (Saturday 9/9, 12pm)

Continuing a Festival tradition, we will have a local resident singing the National Anthem at the Main Stage.  This year's anthem will be sung by Christian Shipe!   From his younger days at Reisterstown Elementary... through his years at Franklin Middle and now at Franklin High School...he's always been a stand up and excel kinda kid... active in choir always welcoming people with a smile and a friendly "hello how are you!". Christian thrives in the Senior community and sings karaoke twice a week locally.
